Warranty
In the exceptional case that a warranty claim needs to be made, efforts will be made to take care of this as soon as possible.
The item in question, together with the proof of purchase, must be returned to the address of purchase. No warranty can be granted in the absence of the proof of purchase. The article will be treated as a repair.
Don't forget to include a clear description of the fault. This will speed up the handling process. The seller will take care of further warranty handling.
Repairs of Spare Air products can be dropped off at any Spare Air dealer. Repairs will always be quoted in advance. In case of repairs, examination costs are always charged. These inspection costs are included in the repair quotation. In the event of a repaired return, these will be charged separately.
It is not possible to submit warranty claims or repairs directly to Sealife Benelux B.V..
